I’m college you have to convince the players to pick your University. So that’s why they go big on the facilities. NFL unless you’re a free agent, you don’t have a choice where you play. You’re either drafted or traded

Matt as I’ve stated before college locker rooms are so over the top and gimmicky to attract recruits, that ain’t necessary in the nfl. They don’t need led lights and disco balls lol..the guys are big millionaires or at worst the guy who made it from the practice squad is making 600k. And you never know if guys shut it down because they don’t want to be somewhere anymore. He might not have been giving 100% those last few years. Do you know anything about playing in Denver? Historically one of the hardest places to go in and win, if the team is good. Locke was horrible. That negates the home field advantage. They will absolutely be one of the best home fields again with a good QB.
