Wow that's bad i have been playing for a month and got multiple vases, 2x gold lion, main guest room key(800k), Gold necklace, etc. My tactic is to rush safes with a gun and large backback in Northridge. Yesterday i got a golden lion from the cable car key safe. Another tip is if the safes are already opened try to loot common stuff. The 800k key i got from looting a winter coat.
