Yeah when you speak an other language and try To have a "good"' accent you're like this in french :) Plus most of us speak with a french accent because some of us are lazy , but also because you know what are you saying without thinking too much. Also in french it's common , when you're thinking , to say "'Heuuu". To not interrupt brutaly the conversation (which is sad in fact). Sorry for my English ...
