That was great. What a challenge! We made it through but it was tough. Now we feel much more accomplished 😊. I really like the full body stretches when facing the side of the mat. The flows were did today were creative and made us better. The standing splits and downward dog transitions towards the end were cool. We’ve never done something like that before.

Hi Tana! I love your routines and flows. I can really feel that you enjoy it teaching it as well ✨ I also love your tone of voice and how you connect with your words from one Asana to the other one! As a quick feedback, that might help you improve further: - I'm missing the Sanskrit name of the postures (it would be easy for non-beginners practitioners to follow the practice) - a bit more of warm up at the beginning - a non negotiable shavasana at the end of the practice 💜 What do you think? I love how unique your transitions always are! How do you manage to have so much more variety than I typically come across? Also like how you have a variety of practice lengths but the short ones I feel like afterword I've gotten the same amount of workout in! I also appreciate your pace, some teachers I feel like the pace is too fast or is inconsistent. Like someone else mentioned, I would also appreciate you teaching how to build up to inversions and some other more difficult asanas. I've been working on building up the strength with dolphin pose and such but having difficulty getting to the next level

Gm Tana . This oractises was not so difficult but I got so mixed up in the final challenging stretches. Wasn't following Nas I am used to. Ended up ony right foot when it should be left and got a little confused. But, hey! Not at all deterred. I am ready for my next lesson on the mat with Tana God's willing. Tana do you think 30 mins yoga daily is enough for a female at 66yrs. Give me your thoughts please.. Have a delightful day 💖

I did this on 75% speed and it still kicked my butt! Anyone else who needs a little more time in between, I’d recommend trying adjusting the speed settings.
