Playground Easy Prompt Styles. In today's video I'll walk you through simple ways to get amazing images using simple prompt styles. You really don't need a lot of words to get great results. This is an introductory to prompting tutorial video to get you started on the right foot and as always we will dive deeper in future videos to come!

Great info. You call the last part of the prompt "modifiers"? Is [style][subject][modifiers] a fair way to describe prompting , specifically SDXL1.0 ? To be honest I've been doing [foreground subject][background subject][modifiers][style] . I guess modifiers and style are sort of interchangeable the way I've been doing it.

You can definitely play around with order, since there is not way to weight words at the moment, a good thing to experiment with is where the word shows up, so closer to the front more weight it will carry. Modifiers is just supporting terms really. At the end of the day, if you get the result you want, more power to ya!

@playgroundai yeah. I tend to try reverse engineer models by playing with prompts and build a frame work to use to create desirable results repeatably. It's interesting how flexible the models are regarding word order. -Ken

I have been watching and following all your videos. Thank you so much. I learn something new every video. I have a question, if I wanted to make a samurai character , can I insert my sons face on that character image? Any help would be great.

Hey Corey! That's awesome to hear and know that we appreciate the support! There are workarounds for something like that. I've covered it in this video before but now that Canvas is more developed since then it's a bit outdated and there are some other techniques I'll be covering. kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y3KcdJ5_bbObh6M With that being said, the AI will change the image slightly if doing image to image, it's just the nature of stable diffusion as it it bult to protect the privacy of original images. If you use the technique in the linked video, please make sure to keep your images private as it's for your own protection.

That steak looks great but I've been trying to get playground to make steam or heat to add to the realism. Is there a particular filter i should be using? or am i missing a prompt? Same with condensation on a chilled cocktail glass Thanks

Thanx, you always offer alot to work with....Im currently working in Blender 4.0 and will be experimenting with 3d modeling in conjunction with Playground. Can you also point out which filters work with SD 1.5...someone pointed out that some of the older filters use SD 1.5 vs the newer ones. Thx in adv.

Fantastic stuff - im a photographer and designer exploring the opportunities with AI could I ask your advice on NSFW as in the same way with photoshop AI I come up against the issue of disallowed NSFW content even when it was nothing of the sort. Does a paid subscription to Playground open the door to NSFW art or is it still restricted?

Sounds like we have a lot in common as I have a similar background. First off regarding NSFW, please be sure to read our TOS playgroundai.com/terms. In short, NSFW must be kept private however you are free to use them at your discretion whether it be on your own site, social media etc. I'd advise you to generate all your images on "private" mode and only make public the ones you want to share that are not NSFW. Hope that helps.

@@playgroundai im not able to generate anything in canvas that might happen to have something remotely NSFW i just get an alert if mention bra or high heels- if canvas is in private mode by default and its not allowing is it different in paying a fee does that open the door to more freedom or is it still going to flag alerts - sorry for the qustions wasnt sure where else to learn the workings

A feature that would be really useful is to filter all the sample images on the home page by style (photo realism, cartoon, line art, etc). This helps users browse just those images they are interested in to find the one closest to the style they want without the need to browse through endless images to find it. There should be a "style" property that creators can set when they create their images. This is what is used by the filter. You shouldn't use AI to figure out what style an image is. Just let creators set it themselves. This "style" property has no effect on the actual rendering. It's just meta data.

Another great video. Weird I missed it as I have all notifications on from your channel. Anyways; could you be so kind to tell me how to copy a picture in Canvas at least? (Still missing your shortkey list). CTRL + C don't work so I need use the other way; I think it was clicking the mouse wheel + another button? I have forgotten and I really need find that out again. I am now looking through the videos, again, to see where you told us about that. I love Playground, it's so amazing that I don't recommend Midjourney or other text-to-art users to come to Playground as I want to create all this amazing art by myself. Hehe, I guess that is the best way to say how great Playground is? ;-) Cheers and keep up the amazing work! I am so happy to be a paying subscriber; it is by far some of the best money I ever spent in my life, no joke!

@@playgroundai Thanks for the shortcuts! Yes, I am on FireFox as well. Everything works except copying the pictures. There's not even coming up the option to copy the picture when I right click it. Thing is it used to work (using alt to copy only), but now I cannot find any ways around it to copy the pictures other than change browser, which isn't really ideal. If you have any suggestion for a workaround for this I would be super happy for that. I won't leave, so don't worry about that. Playground is way too good for that :)

You're welcome! There is another method that I use which is hold alt then click and drag it will do copy and paste as well. 👍

Great job! Thanks for that! I only have a question I'm struggling with. I can't prompt to get a image in a front view. For exemple, a person walking in the middle of the forest. Most of the time, the person is walking forward in the path. I want this person coming to me, in a front view. I've tried many prompts, like front view, closeup, coming, facing, etc 😂 I don't know if I was clear. Anyway thanks a lot!

You're welcome! Sometimes stating the perspective help, like front view, aerial view, side view etc. What I find works better is identifying something in the scene like walking on the sidewalk to show a full body, or looking at the camera. Using expression is another hack for example walking on the side walk smiling, the Ai will know that it needs to see a face. Also certain filters react differently to those terms so it takes some experimenting.

We're using SDXL 1.0 now. No real secrets, really excpet the biggest advantage is that you can create images in bigger dimensions without getting much distortions. It also better understands natural language. I'm preparing a dedicated video for SDXL to come out soon. The google doc I provided works very well with SDXL.

You made a video on that but, i guess if the detailed description is available Infront of the model in the website itself it would be amazing 👌.
