I joined the Battanians as a merc in the midst of wars against the Khuzaits and the Vlandians and the actual pay of 20d per victory was basically irrelevant to me, I made like 100 thousand denars through ransoms and selling captured loot off all the people I beat. So it didn't turn out to be an issue for me

8:11 don't worry about that Aserai's are super diverse. people talk of the arabs like it's just one group but the arab empire had everything ,persians,nubians"blacks",Israelites,Turkic and etc . they were indeed the most diverse cause the trade routes took their culture and faith in contact with a lot of people. making today's arab's having mixture of many of these groups. Btw great to find another Aserai gameplay . u guys are like find diamond in the middle of sand .
