add some water chia seeds and yogurt to the oatmeal and leave it in the fridge over night! you can also add just yogurt or add peanut butter or fruit ..but overnight oats without cooking work so well and are so healthy for you!

I don't know if you guys watch CSI but, there was an episode where an old man got tired of his mail box being knocked over so he put cement inside the mailbox so when they came by to hit it again it ripped the kid out of the car because he was hitting cement. That story Joel told totally reminded me of that.

That is how Steel Cut Oats look when I cook them in my crock pot. haha I never thought of how gross it looks. I make a large batch and then I freeze them in these small round tupperware containers. Once they are frozen I pop them out and put them in a plastic bag and put more in the containers and freeze them until all of the oats in the crock pot are frozen.
