I think it'll be harder for you to improve your skills playing 10min. You need time to think and analyze positions if want to be a better player. These are more just for fun.

In the grand prix the whole reason why you play kc3 before pushing the f pawn is so that black can't respond with the d5 push. You couldve just taken that and be up a pawn on move 4

2:16 I think you could sac the bishop if they tried to trap it right? Because the rook check allows the queen to get to the h file with check I think

Play with increment, then you get to learn endgames.

15/10 is a good sweet spot. 10/0 is fun every so often but I don't think I'd wanna do 30 min games🤣
