It's a pretty simple opening. You just need to learn the attacking ideas, I think that's the hardest part to grasp

I started playing d4 because I didn't have an answer to the siscilian. But the grand prix is very straight forward and deadly. Thanks for teaching me.

Super straight forward, if people know how to play against it then It can be a bit tricky but I think it's a less common opening so Sicilian players aren't always prepped to the max

That is a god-like attacking game. Simon Williams proposes the same idea of sacking a rook in Classical Dutch (which is basically Gran Prix with reverse colors) and I think he beat a GM in very similar OTB game

You have to take notes bro yesterday u had the same position only slight chances that doesnt matter and you didnt play the move u had on bg4 Qh4 and its same idea as yesterday if they take you take with the rook if the attack you line up queen with the rook❤❤❤

Happens - but it really helped that apex had pretty much the exact same position the day before and was able to implement what he analyzed there
