You have to differ between rapid rating and blitz/bullet..He is still 1500 in blitz after 6K games. The rapid pool is just a lot weaker than the blitz/bullet pool, aka why every "my journey to" series are in rapid due to roughly 400 points inflation vs blitz/bullet. Basically every titled player/high rated players with OTB experience only plays blitz/bullet online which creates a much stronger pool.

BRO I JUST WENT TO A 2 DAY 9 ROUND TOURNEY WITH A LOT OF FIDE PLAYERS TODAY WAS THE FIRST DAY. I STILL MANAGED TO GET 3./5P TODAY. SO THE NEXT FORE ROUNDS ARE TOMORROW.
