This is day 167 of my journey to get to a rating of 2000 on chess.com.
We play the Jobava London in this game and I enjoyed attacking in it. My opponent didn't have a great opening and never really had a chance to get ahead!

i'd wager your accuracy would be a bit higher if you had spotted that rook capture sooner. anyone got any insight on how that gets calculated?

I'm sure it would have, but I think the big mistakes and blunders are the ones that really drop the rating, it was only a small miss on the one move, so probably not much

I think I'm doing a lot better with it now, I also like that my opponent can struggle against the clock as well, so I'm starting to get better at using it as a weapon

I think you should try to learn to look at the whole board after each move, you seem to focus a lot on one thing, instead of seeing the whole picture

Yes haha, you're correct, I'll try to make it a habit. A few things I've been trying to improve at especially when it's their time, I need to ask, how can I improve my pieces, what is my opponent doing, and also look at the whole board
