I feel like I will get a lot of use out of this pack atleast by playing as a tenant. I like the negative repercusions of not playing rent etc. and I actually like that there now is a difference between the CL apartments and the residential rentals I think I might use that as interpreting the CL apartments more like condos and the ones from For Rent as rental apartments in my storytelling atleast ☺

yes exactly, its marked as a shared room so any of them will use it. but i believe them having their own bathrooms/kitchens would make their star rating go up but on my lot their amenities were considered basic

So i was wondering if my sim’s son becomes one of my renters and my sim dies, can we change property ownership to the son?

I believe if you have the son buy the residential rental and set up the business then it should work, I’m just basing this off the fact that when I left as property owner I was able to buy back the lot again with the same tenants living there. so I’d assume you could but I haven’t played through a scenario like that
