Playing Gimmick! EXACT*MIX In NES Mode

arcadeheroes.com - Every copy of Gimmick! EXACT*MIX by exA-Arcadia comes with the option to play the game with the NES graphics and sounds (minus the original HUD). Here's a single credit playthrough on that, captured directly from my exA-Arcadia unit. Done at Arcade Galactic in Newgate Mall, Ogden UT.

1:24 You may be better off when you shoot the star as you fall down after jumping near the ledge (there's a speedrun that just jumps right to the item like in the first half...) 5:19 Have you tried using 2P controls? Apparently in the original game you can control that stationary enemy with 2P controller

This is one of the hardest games conceived by mankind. Works very well as an arcade game.

Dude, use the enhanced graphics instead! The game devs put so much work into them for this remake. We can see the old _Mr. Gimmick_ on KZbin anytime. 4:12 Okay, _Good Weather_ I make an exception. 🎶

This was just to show you how "exact" they got the game :) All the other Gimmick videos I've done use the enhanced mode; Although I do need to do another new video to show some slightly updated software
