Hey Micheal, awesome video you've posted which I find beneficial. I wanted to ask a question based on training schedule. So, I'm currently in the middle of the school year and also currently I'm not on team due to previous injury, but how should I schedule my soccer trainings during the week? For example, should a schedule be 4 days of soccer training, 1 day of upper or lower body workout, and 1 day of recovery session? I just want to know from you what should a training schedule be for someone currently not in a team and looking to improve on their weaknesses. I would like to get your opinion and thank you.

Make sure your workouts are functional and incorporate explosive movements. If you work out correctly, you’ll become faster, not slower 👍

As I Footballer how does futsal benefit you? What is the difference between futsal and football?

In Futsal, you’re constantly receiving the ball in tight spaces which forces you to speed up your decision making. From a technical aspect, your touch needs to be sharper, and you’ll find yourself in one v one situations often which will develop confidence on the ball. Not to mention on average you touch the ball much more often in Futsal than you do in 11-a-side because of the small pitch and less players which again will develop comfortability with the ball at your feet 👍

I didn’t stop playing outdoor. I play indoor during the winter and outdoor during the spring/summer. I was one a one year contract at Tulsa..
