I am not a pro player, I just like to play any champ any position, and I often play ADC these days because a friend is new to league and plays support, so I can coach and play, and I have been complaining about ADC for so long. It finally feels like we have potential to impact the game to last until lategame so we can carry. Before we were way too dependant on teammates.

right now i think the strongest build on phel is ie rush into noonquiver+zeal into yuntal. you get 65% crit with just ie +noon zeal. But they are nerfing zeal into 15% crit so maybe wont be as strong soon

10:10 literally my split 2 experience so far: wait 10 mins for a game in emerald elo to get autofilled mid and then eventually play adc to build 2 items and be useless. adc is legit nerfed and the game feels super bad to play. Its not even hypercarry meta, it's samira/trist/draven meta.
