i think one of the crazies ways i have identified a ghost before was getting a Yurei door ability on the front door which obviously only it can do, then seeing the two nightmare evidence means it can't be a Yurei only to realize we got a MIMIC YUREI FRONT DOOR ABILITY. kinda insane.

People askin in chat about crucifix protecting you. It only protects you for about a notnearlyenoughtime vs a fast ghost if you are unlucky and it hunts just out of range. You might end up running right into the thing.

insym: has 4 hunts being the slow twins (starts going insane) me: you think that's annoying I had it do that 7 times and they all were slow versions of the twins (random internal screaming) also me: yes I am annoyed at the ghost still

TBH it does kinda make sense too. Lights turn off at the end of the hunt. Crucifix does not prevent the hunt from happening - it just ends it immediately if it starts within its area of effect.

i prefer tier 2 headgear on smaller maps even though the light isnt as good as T3 flashlight but just makes it easier to carry more equipment in and with bigger maps i go with T3 headgear instead. but at the end of the day, i think it comes to personal preference

Abou the shade hunting I was thinking the hunt should had started downstairs and the audio que of the footsteps and voice of the ghost started later and gave the impression it started in the same room. I think this happens because the grace period makes the ghost hunt later and when it's set to zero it starts a bit before to match the audio and warn the player the hunt started by hearing.

On that difficult shade that hunted in the same room as you, is it possible that you technically went out of the room by entering the doorway? Depends on how the border of that hallway is set up and what part of the player counts when leaving the room border. Yes you weren't fully in that room, but its possible you "left" the hallway for long enough for it to hunt.

You could get the multiplier to x10.45 and it's basically the same all u need to do is also have weather on heavy rain and turn sanity screen of since ur playing with no sanity anyways, otherwise I love the content man and keep it up its been 3 hears of watching ur content and I'm always happy to bing 5 of the 2 to 3 hour vids in a night 😂

I suppose the 0.5 second timer before hunt ACTUALLY starts is possible, it might just be the game getting delayed by going into hunt phase or whatnot but that is also the way to explain the times where a hunt starts as you walk out of the main doors and then stops instantly.. I've had it twice when I walk out right as the hunt starts and door closes like 0.3-0.5 sec later nd my player model is already out so I don't get teleported back in either...

I was playing on 0 sanity and probably 15 seconds in the ghost hunted and i died the ghost ended up being a demon and somehow i got the “get killed within the first 60 seconds by demon ability” achievement from it. Does that mean hunting at 0 sanity is just a new ability for demons?😂😂😂

It can use its ability at any time, sanity doesn't matter, it can hunt at 100% or 0% with its ability if it chooses to use it.

When you have enough knowledge of the game you rarely die anymore. However with 0 grace suddenly that ghost that spawns and gives you a second head start will instantly kill you.
