@The Hype He is talking about the fact those calcs have only megabytes on memory. I have an old TI 84 Plus (the one with 8 bit cpu and monochrome screen) and it has 480 kb of memory. There is a GB emulator for it, but the Pokemon Red ROM is bigger than the whole flash memory

Fun fact: The calculator is actually based on the game boy. John Calculator was at an interview with sega of America and asked the Miamoto how they made the Gameboy work.
