Every button I press on my controller while using any Kodi game emulator, just pulls up the game menu. The controller works fine though outside of the emulators (like normal Kodi use, just not gaming use). I have tried using the mapping options for my controller and it doesn't fix the issue. Looks like this has been an ongoing issue for YEARS. I can't believe there isn't a fix yet.

When I go to install from game repository there is nothing there for me. No IAGL or Zack Morris. Am I missing something ?

Hi you can try to download the iagl addon to an usb drive from your laptop or pc, plug it in to the pi and try to install it. Let me know if it works. Thanks

IAGL's dependencies are no longer supported on Pi4 unfortunately.

Has anybody managed to get ps2 games working i can get playstation to play fine but the PlayStation rearmed emulator wont load ps2 games :( im using firestick too with Xbox controller

Not sure, I did not test this on xbox and ps4, but if you can install kodi on these platforms it's worth the try.

What kodi version are you using? Does it have to be 18.6?

I think the version doesn’t matter. Try to install the iagl addon and run retro games on your existing kodi version before upgrading to 18.6
