I have hand / arm pain (computers / typing all day); I will try some of those! I started sleeping wearing wrist braces with a stiff insert and that helped me a lot most days.

Not completely sure, but your wrists might have mild tendinitis. Tendons are covered in a sheath and lubricated by fluid. if the fluid runs low the tendon rubs instead of gliding smoothly. this creates pain and swelling of the tendon that goes away with rest to let your body replenish the fluid. A doctor can help with pain management and maybe diet to help you replenish the fluid faster. Hope this helps, if not, I do hope you feel better somehow. Your play inspires me to feel better.

Probleme mit dem Handgelenk... Davon kann ich ein Lied singen. Leide aktuell an Sehnscheidenentzündung im rechten Handgelenk. Ursache eine Überlastung durch die Arbeit. Ist bei Gitarristen und Leuten, die ähnliche Instrumente spielen häufig vorzufinden. Kann ohne die nötige Schonung und Behandlung chronisch werden.
