I think just a few move changes would turn zangief into a much better character. The lariat hitting both sides is a good start along with his level 2 sucking both sides. I also think gief is one of the few, maybe even the only characters that have a sweep that pushes the other person away.

I like how antonov got used as the representation for grapplers and KOF in your video and it's funny that he runs a galactic wrestling association but he himself doesn't even use many grappling moves other than one grab that he has. All the simplicity of Guile with none of the effectiveness. Gief is a waste of the grappler slot. Hugo is better. Potemkin is better. Tager is better. Clark is better. King Of Dinosaur/Tizoc is better. King is better.
