Leyline is legal in Bo3 and only memesters use it, its value plummets once opponents sideboard in EVEN MORE interaction. Even in game 1 of a bo3 match people are slinging enough removal to punish you for effectively having 1 less card in hand and then you draw another off the top and it's like you mulled to 5. Leyline only got disproportionate representation in Bo1 because of Bo1-handsmoothing making mulliganing for it specifically far too lax, when you don't get to effectively see 4 hands in one mulligan it turns out to be a bad card.
