If you guys didn't have won in the first playthrough, the death transition would be different. If you lose all of your lifes before the last round (without drinking the pill), the smoking guy would have defibrillated you to go play again from start. And if you lose all your lifes in the last round.. well, you got no defibrillator left, so you get a cutscene LITERALLY GOING TO HEAVEN 😂😂 and it's all freaked up there because God is dead in this universe (or something like that, idk, I watched Pyrocynical's video on the game)

Funny enough someone recreated this game perfectly in Fortnite but it was soon removed because they didn't want a game like that in their creative mode. The creator got around this though by changing the gun to a flashlight and the cigarettes to lolipops. It works exactly the same except it's kid friendly.
