This is pretty cool to see so many ways to bring some variety to the golf course, especially if you're playing against someone of a different skill set. Also, that moment when you had to putt with a driver reminds me of that Simpsons episode where Bart gets the putting video game: "You have entered power drive!"

I've seen this played with a deck of cards Player pulls a random card before shot ,,, Four players two decks of cards Ace: Driver.... King: 3 Metal ....Queen: player choice of fairway wood 5 through 7...... 3-9: self explanatory .....2: SW..... Jack: PW ... 10: Gap .....Joker: Putter...(card choices can be rearranged depending on the players bag) if you discard the face cards Ace and Jokers after use the game gets really funny on the back nine! If you burn the two Jokers early you'll be putting with some interesting clubs! 🙂 Fun video

That was an interesting approach to learning to play better golf. The most interesting shot I had to make was to lye prone behind the ball and tree while using my putter like a pool cue stick, then punching the ball onto the fairway. Have you ever practice that one? 😉

We play something called birdie bowl, we put $20 in a pot and the first person to birdie all 18 holes wins. Catch is you have to play with some from birdie bowl and you have to be playing from the tips. Sometimes we can do two rounds in a year and other times rounds can last for like a year and half.

I was your 666th Like!☺♥ Have you ever played a par 3 holes golf course?. I always tell new players that if you can't do well on a regulation size par 70 to par 72 course where one is always hitting the driver, you will never get better at the game. Play the par 3 courses first where you can score closer to par. The driver should be your easiest club to hit and by playing par 3 holes, you will get the best practice for improving at the game, and maybe you'll get that ace!☺Happy New Year!, Bill M. I once had 23 puts on an 18 hole executive course(3 off the green sand wedge chip ins(0 putts) and 11 just off the green up and ins with my trusty 6 iron!). I am a genius who golfs, I created a game called 'strategy golf' , you can choose strategies, 'hit 2 drives' 'play it forward' , its point based, its 10 points for a birdie, 7 par, 4 bogie, you can hit another ball for a bonus point, because its more fun to hit 2 balls, a lost ball is only 2 points off, so not punishing, also I developed a putt helper, it makes the hole bigger, putting is more fun, putting 4 balls, a point each
