Kinda. Instead of playing Frisk, you play as one of the 6 human soul members that fell down in the underground before them. In this case we are playing as Clover who represents the Justice soul. Since this is a fangame the team behind it makes up their own unique story on what the Justice Soul did during their time in the underground while keeping most of the things that happened in Undertale (like Flowey admitting he used to be good before he became fully evil) consistant.
