This is pure teen drama. I had a crush on this dude for a while, and I was gonna tell him, well the night before, my friend asked him out. I was hurt, but I didn't do anything because it's teen love. Well, they started doing lots of PDA around specifically me. I even asked my other friends if they did that around them and they didn't do anything other than hand holding. Well, one day, I pull the dude to the side since we were closer friends and I asked him very politely if they could keep it down to a minimal around me, but he was saying that I was singling them out and so on. I quickly left after that. Well, a couple months later, I finally confront them both about everything and tell them about all the abuse they had put me through (they had already been pretty terrible friends, but when they started dating, they kicked it up). Well, they invited their other friend with them and they started ganging up on me, cutting me off mid sentence, saying that I was always rude about it and so on, they even cornered me. Well, some other friends came to my rescue and got me out of that. Then the girl who asked him out, the worst of the three, had the audacity to say that she didn't want to lose me as a friend. I simply said that they already lost me. My friends and I explain to my mom what happened, and she had to hold herself back from fighting them and their parents. TLDR: my bad friends rubbed their relationship in my face, and whenever I was trying to confront them, they pulled the victim card

Buddy of mine. He was having a hard time breaking out of low income jobs. He's a CODA. That means that he's a hearing child of two deaf parents. He grew up using sign language. Every time he'd complain about not being able to find a descent job, I'd send him job listings for sign language interpreters ($36k/yr and up). He'd always have an excuse to not apply. IE: "I don't like people that much. It'd be disrespectful to my parents to make money because of the disabled. I might be required to cut my hair. It requires a drug test." It upsets me more than it should. He grew up learning a skill that can provide a livable wage and get him employed somewhere working 9-5 in an office environment. He could have done this in his late teens/early 20s while the rest of us were trying to gather the skills to get us up to that same pay-range. Instead, he'd rather complain, smoke pot, and claim moral superiority.

My bestie had a friend that none of us could stand because she always caused so much drama. Once for my besties birthday, we all went to the club. The friends husband came along too. As soon as we got in, some guy approached the friend to dance and he husband got in his face so the bouncer kicked him out. She proceeded to throw such a huge fit, like, embarrassingly huge. She was in the bathroom with most of our group SCREAMING about how she couldn’t believe that he doesn’t trust or respect her … what? He overreacted to her being asked to dance by someone else but she took it as he didn’t trust her to handle himself and I just left the bathroom and danced and had a good time. Most of our group stayed to try and comfort her which was ridiculous since it was our friends birthday. The next day we stopped by her house for some reason and she explained that yeah, her husband realized he was wrong for acting like that and not trusting her and OMG, you weren’t a victim. Last night shouldn’t have been about the friend but apparently, here we are. They’re not friends anymore and I’m so happy.

I have a story. Well it's my mum's story before I was even born. She'd gotten into an accident while pregnant with my older sister and had my other older sister and brother in the back. I don't believe my mum to be at fault but since she'd hit the back of another driver, it's automatically her fault in an insurance claim. My mum also tells me it's her own fault but this could have all been avoided if it weren't for the other driver's negligence. She was stuck behind a slow van and couldn't pass it because she was on a hill. Another car behind her passed them both while still on the hill but didn't go much faster than the van. Once it was safer to pass, my mum pulled out to pass both cars but the woman who'd previously passed them started turning into a house without indicating or evidently looking into her mirrors. By then, my mum was on the other side of the road and the woman was fully out. My mum swerved in between that car and the van where she clipped the back of the car and hit a fence post. The guys in the van helped her and my siblings out and there were no real injuries. An ambulance was still called because, you know, pregnant woman and children. While the paramedics are worrying over my mum's blood pressure, the woman in the car was going on about a pain in her neck, bare in mind she'd only started complaining when they'd arrived. She was already getting money for her car since my mum hit the back of her. They eventually took my mum to the hospital when they couldn't get her blood pressure down. But yeah, this bitch was trying to claim for medical while my mother and unborn sister's health was genuinely in danger. My sister was born with complications a few months later but they weren't sure if that was a factor. My mum also had to pay for that fence but it did stop her from going into a ditch and causing more serious injures so really it was the true life saver in this situation. And the guys that helped her out. In a retelling of this to a younger me who thought cars immediately exploded on impact, she'd also said that they were there to make sure they got out before that happened and... her words... "They were saying 'she's gonna blow' but I thought they were talking about me" Sorry for the long comment but I felt that last paragraph was necessary. My mum's humour shall remain!!!

I don't think about it much, but at times I've wondered what an ex-friend of mine has told other people about me because she accused me of things that just weren't true. For example, she claimed that I was always making her take me to things only I was interested in. In reality about 70% of the time she would be the one to propose doing something, and on the occasions she did ask me what I wanted to do, she could have said, "No," and I would have understood & suggested something else. What makes it really bad is it got to be that eight or nine times out of ten, when we did schedule a get-together, she wouldn't show up and wouldn't explain why. She would suggest doing something, I'd agree, she'd set a time, and then she'd not show up and not explain or apologize (The one time I did express disappointment about her cancelling something, she threw a fit about how "selfish" I was). How can I be making you take me places when you offer to take me places and then don't take me anyplace?

not to get attention, but i knew a chick who spent years tormenting my friend and everyone thought she was perfect except us. u couldn't say anything to her without her twisting ur words to and in front of other people. she wuz so good at it we stopped bothering to call her out 4 it becuz no one believed us n e ways. all it ever did wuz make ppl think we were the problem becuz they refused to believe she wuz doing anything. eventually we cut ties and our stress went away. we had stopped talking to her and inviting her out anyways becuz we got tired of her exaggerating everything we said and omitting information and constantly taking underhanded shots at us and making us out 2 b the bad ones. saying she was spiteful would b an understatement.

guy i knew wanted his current girl out of the way so he could hit up another chick. so i started hanging out with her to "keep her busy". turns out the other girl wasnt interested in him and the current girl fell in love with me. so he lost both. then he got mad and turned into a complete dick because i did what he asked.
