I didn't claim anything I said was absolute. I said "practically impossible", which does not mean it is entirely impossible. Everything else I said is a fact, your eyes squint themselves closed whenever you sneeze, it's a reflex. Not everyone develops this reflex in the same way, so for some people sneezing with your eyes open is more than possible, and for others it's completely impossible. But for the majority of the population, sneezing with your eyes open is, by all accounts, almost impossible. You can fight the reflex of your eyes closing, but that doesn't mean you'll be able to keep them open.
