Possibly. He wasn't ready for the Barca spotlight. He gets to get regular playing time here and to grow, but the MLS is growing to. The question is if he'll ever become good enough to be in the top teams in the top five leagues. If not, the MLS will continue to be a good fit.

Riqui Puig, Ilaix Moriba & Xavi Simmons... Those three should have been Barcelona's new Midfield they had very high potential especially Moriba dubbed the new Pogba... They didn't have discipline, too greedy, no patience and for that we were gifted with Pedri and Gavi two Golden Boy winners, add De Jong Pablo Torre there and the future looks so bright.

To be fair to Riqui he wasn't particularly greedy or impatient... He was just not enough, he started strong in his first seasons before being benched my Koeman and couldn't make much of an impact when Xavi gave him some chances. Maybe he liked partying a little too much but I don't think he had a problem with the club.

Saying playing with messi was magical, well he is a technically a great player but since barcelona now have been found guilty of bribing referees from 2004 to 2018 which coincides with messi starting barceolna first team appearances from 2004, it's funny that he's classed as the goat to be when he was helped for most of his career meaning, he was never the goat and hopefully a lot of his ballon d or titles are now stripped as he had an unfair advantage which is, like drogba said, a f-ing disgrace and even mourinho stated over the years as madrid manager that something wasn't right. Bolt did the treble treble but one of his got taken away as one of his sprint relay partner was a drug cheat so he lost that title although he deserved it but in messi's case, who is a technically a great player, he benefited from growth hormone drugs which are against fifa rules, so he most likely benefited from growing extra height size and development in football ability and now it appears that all of his records were made while barcelona had the referee advantage to watch over messi and i bet that the messi fan boys will try to brush this under the carpet.
