I use a very similar crosshair as well (Im diamond). The biggest pro definitely is not having to focus too much on crosshair placement. It always feels like you are holding just about right and you can spend more time focusing on the enemy instead of the crosshair. Then it helps in holding angles. Since the crosshair is big, you will always be holding angles a little bit wider. And this helps you get some kills because its always easier to flick to an enemy when he stops instead of following him as hes swinging you. The con is obviously evident in long range fights. You will not be able to see the heads properly. But i have a trick that minimises this problem. Just increase the offset and try to bring the enemy's head inside the gap of the crosshair. It makes the game easier on the brain since you dont have to focus 'pixels'. But at the end of the day, its personal preference. I use big crosshairs because Im used to playing old games that only had big crosshairs.
