How were you able to get the translated dialog? I actually just bought the game so I’m not sure how to change any settings Also how did you make it full screen?

@@stardustthemanokit815 Snow Dragon uploaded the translation on twitter. Full screen, you either hit F5, but I prefer using a program called Borderless Gaming. It upsizes anything to become 'Windowed Fullscreen', which is Superior to fullscreen because 'Full screen' on something thats like, 800x600 means your monitor and desktop behind the program also shrinks that small, making alt-tabbing a pain in the ass.

Dude, Puro was called "Failed Experiment" by Dr. K, meaning that after he was 'Transfurred' he knew that another, who they didnt find out his name, and put that note in there for your character, I heard that someone sparked a name that actually connects to the other game, 'Lar' but I dunno what, anyway, later.. This same character says "Meet me at the Library" but this also has 'Human' either a reference to Papyrus of Undertale, Puro's mannerism, or both! Anyway, my theory is; Puro was the other human, it makes sense why he Isn't a SIDE CHARACTER, he has an unknown backstory, unlike You and K, Puro seems to have a pure heart, what I mean is; You don't actually talk, another remake will be planned where your character WILL actually talk, but Puro doesn't even ask of your name! Maybe he knows that you're mute? Anyway, This theory took me almost 30 minutes, so yeah, just read it......

Hmm I guess you can translate more or less properly using Google Translate or any similar translation program. You have to input short sentences in the translator, so it can't very much get "confused". Then, once you see the result, you put it in proper english based on your own knowledge of the language and of the story of the game, in this case. I think it would be challenging, but fairly doable, even without knowing chinese. Especially since you can also use online dictionnaries if some words seem weird using the translator - you can check for other meanings and adapt. I admire the person who did it through - it requires a lot of work. Anyway, I'm happy to have new Changed content, as usual. Sure, there's no new gameplay, but I still consider it new content since now we can understand a lot of the lore the Special edition brings.

I'm guessing they used google translate to get the basic gist of the dialogue and then used their knowledge of English and the plot of the original to write the dialogue. Way back when the original English translation was really rough, I basically understood what was going on from the visual and what words were there. Although using this method, I imagine some things get lost in translation; hell that even happens if you're bilingual; certain things just don't retain meaning when you translate them.

There is possibility that someone use translator like Google Translate and make a good translation. Though I never considered this with language such as Japanese or Chinese. I translated things from French, german and Spanish few times. And from those languages I can more or less understand only German, yet my translations wasn't bad. But Japanese and Chinese... I tried to translated Japanese song and I couldn't unless I found... a translation of that sound in English. I also checked some things in Japanese to double check if the English version was translated good. But I was unable to translate from Japanese at all, because this is too complex. I don't really know why? Is it because of kanji/kana signs? Is it because of Japanese grammar? One thing I know... it is possible that someone doesn't understand a language and translate it, but I still can't imagine somebody blindly translate text from Chinese to English. Unless some simple words. But I even tried to translate things from Japanese and Chinese for my world (I create characters, stories etc and I sometimes use Japanese themes, as well as I used Chinese theme too... and I was like confused if I even got anything done correctly... Even though I usually know if my translation make sense at least partially... but not with Asian languages). Sorry for long comment xD I am still amazed by that...
