16C is 61F, which is pretty cool/comfortable. We’re currently playing house 🎾 fetch, initiated by Bella, so she’s not getting food treats, just more ball tosses. Edit due to autocorrect bite.

it's all relative. 16 degrees with high humidity feels much warmer. When the temperature year round is low, 16 degrees is significantly warmer, especially if he's been exercising.
