When you compare Spectral razor to other kill-spells like Sneak Attack or Backstab, its crazy that they don't taboo the card. It is just plain better.

Im playing Sledgehammer WIlson in our Hemlock campaign. My deck is about 25 cards same as this. The other two characters barely fight at all, so it's a lot of pressure on WIlson, and ultimately I don't think he was quite up to it.
