The induction is well deserved. That show and Chuck Barkley as a broadcaster have truly changed the game for basketball if not sports broadcasting. Before that show it was just talking heads speaking in clichés all the time. Chuck and Inside the NBA have injected personality, sincerity and fun into basketball broadcasting. That style has now become the norm more or less for basketball broadcasting, though there is only one Chuck and Inside the NBA.

@20:57 Kenny is right. It is a shoestring. It has just been confirmed by the Raptors. DeRozan calls it the $1,000 shoestring. Apparently, it's a traditional method of treating injured fingers. Their trainer does have to do it repeatedly the entire game to fight back swelling.

22:00 minutes, the camera man trips luol intentionally. He moves his feet out of the box he’s supposed to be in and raises his foot to a 90 degree angle. He should be fired and never allowed in another arena again. What a disgrace to the game and heat fans

I fear for the Warriors. The series against the Trail Blazers were tough and some of them have injuries now. They'll go up against OKC whose players are fast, healthy, strong, taller and very talented. Can GSW beat Thunder? Doubtful but possible! And if they do, can they win the Championship against the Cavaliers? More difficult and can be impossible!! The Cavaliers have shot more 3s than the Warriors ever did and they have swept their opponents and will do likewise over the lest one en route to the NBA finals. The only possible way for GSW to win against the two teams is for each of them to be healthy and playing their best offensive and defensive basketball every game WITH blessings from above. I can only pray the latter for Steph Curry and the Warriors. MY WISH? GSW win 4-1 vs OKC and 4-2 vs Cleveland. I know THAT IS WISHFUL THINKING, but will keep on wishing "may it be so."
@stephenesmith87668 жыл бұрын
You do realize they beat OKC 3-0 in the regular season right?
@zzzap60138 жыл бұрын
That was several months ago. You know they've beaten the Spurs 4-2 in the playoffs recently, don't you?
@stephenesmith87668 жыл бұрын
+zzzap the Clippers beat the Spurs in the playoffs last season too. how did that fair for them when they saw Houston afterwards?
@zzzap60138 жыл бұрын
Games played last year and in the regular season don't really matter. The records they broke or awards they got don't guarantee they'll repeat as champions.
@zzzap60138 жыл бұрын
Just what I was afraid of: OKC displayed athleticism, drawing fouls from opponents, getting more rebounds, etc. and GSW lost Game 1 at home. Winning becomes more doubtful for Game 2 or Games 3 & 4 in OKC's turf. And yet GSW fans have been arrogant about the Warriors as if they're invincible. It's going to be very difficult for the Warriors to win against OKC and the Cavaliers. I can only wish the Warriors bounce back in Game 2 and prevail in the series.
