You know what was so great about this, was I got to see nick in a more competitive game, really showcase how great a player he is. Stephen is such a great opponent but each turn was haymaker after haymaker and I have never been more impressed by nick than I have in this one. Both players walked in like lions and it was so fitting to end the game with that super cool final fight

Excellent battle report. Brilliant editing, I appreciate how much work it must be to condense it down and still make it smooth while combining 4 camera feeds and 3 audio feeds. Love to see the broadsides moving all over the battlefield. I was thinking of having a full missileside squad instead of the Fireknifes and commander. Quick correcrion: The Emforcer's -1 ap only works from incoming "ranged" attacks.

Nick makes a mistake with his enforcer commander: The ability is -1 to the opponent's AP against 'ranged attacks' He takes the -1 ap to his opponent's attacks in melee, which is not possible.

@@hamasmillitant1 Keep in mind the codex is still new enough its not even allowed at major tournaments yet, while their waiting for the digital data sheets to give proper point costs. Not to mention its new enough it will take some time to figure out the changes, which is even worse due to how backwards Kayoun lines up to realities of scoring, while the new 3 function in a way that requires a different mind set than Kayoun.

Seems Steven forgot the Blessings roll there for turn 3. It wasn't shown, but he later used the 5+ fnp on the exalted eightbound, which would've required the blessing to improve it from 6+ to 5+ for that, so everything else should've had a 6+ if that were active.

We had breachers already... Genuine curiosity, you see the points and the rules. What is it about the codex you're happy about direction wise? We've been more limited than ever in an army that prides itself on its customization. Our data sheets are over costed in the extreme and the rules are quite lacking including Mont'ka being unusable due to sequencing and how they changed market lights. Where is the good?

Can someone explain what happened at 29:33, an Exalted Eightbound Champion wounded a Crisis suit unit with 10 damage and no saves were made but only one model ( each model has four wounds I think) was destroyed!?. Should the Exalted Eightbound Champion not have killed at least two models?

Just a heads up. A Tau unit can not guide and then also be guided in the same phase. In turn 3 the Y'vahra guided the Crisis team and then later in the same shooting phase was guided by Farsight.

28:02 not sure if it was done off screen, but because "im not gonna risk it" im assuming you didnt? You get to roll the shock test, and you use the bravery strat if you fail to treat it as a pass.
