Playstation 1 Controller Ports Not Working FIX

Hello, where can I find zener diodes supporting the controller port in the first PS1 scph-1002?

I have got give one it was in bat condition I cleaned all the dirt fixed some trases and recapped it an put a new lazer in it it now works but not the controllers all fuzes have been tested and working but still no control will register. l'll replace the part you mentioned. Hopefully it will work can a bad chip maker the controller not work?
