I wasn't going to try for the 30th slim but now I'm thinking I'm going to try for it and if I don't get it I'll still be fine if I get a second 30th regular dualsense. And if I don't get that I still managed to get the 30th edge pre-order off sony direct though I'm still PO'd about not scoring the 30th pro bundle 😄

Never wouldve caught me saying this but thank god for gamestop. Because of them still allowing in person pre orders, i managed to get a dual sense controller, and ill be able to get a console too. I dont agree with a lot of what gamestop does these days, but this situation does highlight the fact that brick and mortar stores will always be needed. If everything was fully online, nobody would ever get anything because scalpers would rule the market.

I completely agree with you. But, do we know that GameStop will have the Pro 30th in store available for preorder? I have heard from employees that they will have Pros for preorder. I’m really wavering. As I want one, but I’ve unfortunately camped out to preorder stuff at GameStop only for them to tell me I have to get a lesser version because the one I actually wanted was never available in store, and only put up on the website and sold out within minutes.

I'm delighted to get the slim. The pro for me, is not worth it unless it comes with a free microscope?....... I do like the number plate on the pro though. But, I do have a PS4 pro 500 million edition which I love.

Hi, I have a couple questions. I'm just trying to get regular PS5 pro at Gamestop. I plan on trading my ps5 towards pre-order but want to do it later so I'm not without a console. Does gamestop let you pre-order then say bring console in a few weeks later to count towards your pre-order ps5 pro? I do have it currently pre-ordered with playstation direct but had a bad experience in the past with them so my 2nd question is if I get a pre-order from gamestop locked in can I just cancel my playsation direct order? Gonna chance it again with the slim. Wanted a pro but my investment is going to a steam deck. I don’t have a PS5 and got the urge to get one a while ago. Was able to score the portal and Dualsense plus DS Edge on Direct. If I don’t land the 30 slim, I’m just gonna get a regular slim, get the silver plates and retro underlay then call it a day.

@@TwistedGamingTV Well I ended up buying a 30th slim from scalper for $700 + $10 shipping. First ps5 so I thought it’s reasonable to collect the few physical ps5 games. Just hope they don’t start selling em in stores. I don’t think I’ll get the 30th pro unless I can get it for 2k-2.5k. I got the 20th ps4 for 1k when it came out. Been playing it. Then decided to have a sealed one about 2 years ago for 1.1k. Also got a new 500 million one for 1k about 2 years ago. I opened it to make sure it was new. Still has the plastic on it. Never turned it on tho.
