While that’s understandable, it also proves that they’re capable of producing more of these consoles without the exclusivity of numbering. Sony, don’t forget your loyal fanbase-the ones who’ve supported you through the years. Consider making more of these units available for fans, but without numbering them. This approach would preserve the exclusivity for the initial 12,300 owners while disarming scalpers and maintaining goodwill with your community. A win-win for everyone! So, I see that most of the PS5 Pro 30th Anniversary Editions went to large content creators and games media. I've seen nonstop videos of "Provided by PlayStation" unboxings in the last couple of days. Not throwing shade or hate, but it seemed as though these outlets and creators missed out like the average consumer when that clearly wasn't the case. Knowing they were promised the Promotional 30th Edition. I get it though. This channel and others generate huge demand and hype. Again, just an observation.

Making more of the product would have been nice, but then the value itself would not feel like a limited collectible product. I collect shoes and resell them if I’m not planning to wear them. I bought the across the spider verse Jordan and it’s the same process: limited amounts.
