this was very nice the way you went step by step and put in instructions that are obvious but also helpful in a moment of confusion or panic (which I tend to go into when technology is involoved) was great your voice was calm too and easy to understand my only problem is my router is way far away from my set up so I have to suffer the crappy wireless Dx I think I should check you out again if I have technical issues as you made it easy and calming for me to get by :)
