Thanks for the video. Looks like this was the plan from Sony all along. The Playstation Portal is actually a "portal" to the Playstation Network. For those who want this, enjoy. I'm OK with my Steamdeck, Nintendo Switch and Analogue Pocket. All these systems play games natively and 2 of them use physical media.

@@JRChuxx i was using the backbone at one point to remote play both my PlayStation and xbox consoles. I gave the backbone to my nephew when i got the PS portal since i wasnt playing my xbox much and cancelled my game pass

What part of the internet is needed, high download speeds or high upload speeds?

@@J.F.331 supposedly between 15mbps and 25mbps but if you have a lot of smart devices in the house then thats not enough. I have 1gb service and my PlayStation speed gets around 500mbps to 700mbps wirelessly.

This is why some people can’t be content creator… it doesn’t lag for me because I have the internet that can support it… you don’t have the proper internet I could tell just how long it took for your device to connect

To each his own. I have 1gb fiber. I also tested it with spider man miles morales and it didn’t lag. As I said in the video it may have been just that game that’s why some people need to pay attention and listen

@@viper31415 we can clearly see the wifi connect at 2 out of 3 bars constantly which strongly indicates that your connection could be way better. Maybe that is the reason of your issues you described in the video. Cut your nails btw bro. Jeez.
