So many cables lol for anyone having no usb symbol on headset You actually need a certain usb mini B cable as they’re not all equal the one that worked for me (should say B on the connector part) try plugging it into the back of ps4 and into the psvr box if that doesn’t work try the front of ps4 then into the psvr box but has to be correct cable or it can’t handle the data transfer

Yooo i think you're the one to help me. So i just got the vr stuff for my kids. I also have an external hard drive for the ps4 that requires to use a direct connection. I cannot for the life of me figure out good cord management with this stuff. Any advice?!?

It's connected to the HDMI, but not the usb. Check your port.

​@Not a epic gamer not true. You need 2 hdmi cords and a USB plugged in. I'm having the same problem where it says no USB wh3n it is in fact plugged in
