Sicilian Mafia had been around since the 1880s and no adaptations ever been made (except in the beginning of Godfther 2) of the origin in Sicily. I'd take this rather than the 70s-80s Vegas or modern-day NYC/New Jersey with all the Joeys & Paulies gabagool flick.

This is gonna be amazing but I’m still petitioning that Mafia 5 takes place in Los Angeles/Las Vegas during the 50s to early 80s. The cigarette card in Mafia DE was a mobster from “Los Ondas” (Los Angeles) named Louie Romeo. He could be the Jack Dragna/Bugsy Siegel of the west coast & that would be lovely to play. An open world & we get to build, buy, & operate casinos, extortion on Hollywood labor unions, etc.

I can't wait to delve into the roots of organized crime with Mafia: The Old Country! As a fan of the series, I'm happy and excited by what I've seen. If the mistakes made in Mafia 3 aren't repeated and the game engine in the Remake is polished a bit and the characters are given more weight, I believe it will be a great work of art. Keep playing!
