Let me just say, I am aware of the situation Rosie is facing life has changed, the paradigm has shifted, hot is cold, cold is hot, the water graphics are still exquisite. The defining take away I have is do you put recyclables on the left or right Rosie? Double compartment bin for the win.

I think Bluepoint nailed Shadow of the Colossus remake. The ps4 version is the way to play it. I also love the Medievil remake. The reward of the old game for 100% the new one was awesome! I got emotional watching people react to the Demon souls reveal, because that's where my souls journey started and now others were going to play it.

I wish Ash would play ball more. She interrupted Rob's flow by saying she didn't like the word 'rebirth' and shut down that conversation. She was slightly rude with Dave about guns and swords in Star Wars and Dave had to explain his choice. She shut down Rosie a few times. Nothing serious, but having the flow going is a big part of the enjoyment of this podcast. And it doesn't feel good when someone is excited about something and talking about it and have a slight passive aggressive way of shutting that flow. I hope the flow is better in future podcasts. And no, if Dave doesn't want to play horror games then I stand by him. It isn't fun if all the people in around aren't having fun. :) Now, to check that game 'Madison' because I just heard about it and it is out already (non VR version).

I really hope Dave plays Dead Space Remake. It reminds me so much of RE2 Remake, and I loved them both for very similar reasons. I think Dave would too! I never played the original, but Dead Space is such a genuinely FUN game. It's so satisfying, from chopping off limbs and pinning enemies to walls to stomping for items and finding great upgrades. It's so good! edit: Oh my god, the bin talk at the end had my wife and I in stitches. You folks are so funny.

A remake that I enjoyed is the remake of the original Resident Evil. While the original game is a classic, the remake improves on what was already there like adding in that subplot with Lisa Trevor for example.

I particularly like that the various old Infinity Engine RPGs have been 'enhanced'. Inverted commas there as the degree of enhancement is relatively light. However, having them on console and playing so well on a controller is an absolute delight!

@@DerektheDalek i recently got into elder scrolls and fallout and i would love to see remakes of the fallout 1 and 2 and ES arena and daggerfall, other games would be fun to, but they are still playable, esspecially fallout 3 and NV and esspecially on pc (funilly enough, even tho i play on pc, i never really used mods, im just too dumb for that, no matter how many tutorials i watch)

@abadassdragon3629 Fallout 1 & 2 are basically different games, 3 was a departure from it so it divided the fan base in some sense. I personally came in when 3 was made and really couldn't get into the older games. I'm kinda unsure how you'd go about a remake for it, same with arena and daggerfall. I think if you'd do one it would have to be a reimagining.

I will gladly play the remake/remaster of any game I love but having the option to play it how it originally was, with updated graphics ofc, is a major plus for me. What I mean by that is let's say Sony decides to remake the GoW Greek saga. They will probably remake it with over-the-shoulder camera but I would love it if they add an option to play it in the old-style fixed cam as well. This is asking a lot maybe but that'd be a perfect remake for me. The option of new and old.

The crisis core remake is probably what I would accept as as a good remake, they updated the game enough so it’s enjoyable, graphically it’s good enough for this generation, and it’s not full priced £60. An amazing one is final fantasy 7 remake (the Easter eggs for the fans along with the storyline differences, a labour of love) and the Resident Evils. Rob map men is one of the most educational KZbinrs I’ve watched learnt loads about the UK. Hogwarts legacy out next week, train sim hogwarts express dlc would be good.

Devil may cry remake was good, loved the kingdom heart remasters and i’m looking forward to the final fantasy pixel remixes coming to PlayStation.
