When you first have to change the day-night cycle after rescuing the Wolves, if you switch to night and then switch back to day, Freya will ask why Kratos did this, and he will adorably respond: “I… I just wanted to see the wolves again”

One funny dialogue I accidentally discovered while messing around in midgard with Artreus way after finishing the Norns-Quest, I stumbled into what was the entrance to their lair, but it was closed of course. The moment I realized where I was, Mimir said "Why would you return back to the Norns?" And Kratos replied "...I thought Atreus would like the horse" And if that's not the most adorable thing in the world, idk what is

There’s another cool Easter egg that I came across that refers to Thor’s fight with Kratos. During the fight, after the frozen thunder, Thor will say “this feels familiar” later in the game there is a part of Vanaheim that also had a frozen thunderbolt. It’s later revealed that Thor fought Faye and they had a similar outcome

Here’s a Easter Egg that I think no one knows about. If you go back to Freyr’s Camp after finishing the game, you can see Sif talking to Hildisvini. If you go up to them, Kratos and Mimir will start talking to them. If you wait long enough, you can heard Mimir say “Well excuuuse me, m’lady!” to Sif. This could be a reference to the meme “Well excuuuse me, princess!”.

Caught that one as well, also noticed a few more things that could be referencing Zelda. In the temple of light when fake Tyr destroys a statue so you can cross a gap, Mimmir says “Tyr seems to have grown accustomed to destroying things, perhaps he will move on to pottery next” (I don’t think that’s the exact line but you get the point) this could be referring to Links habit of entering strangers homes and breaking their pots. And at the end of Fryeas missing peace side quest when Fryea pulls the bifrost sword out of the stone, it has a the same vibe as pulling out the master sword, though this one is admittedly a stretch and could just be coincidently similar

I miss Atreus for the character, but from a gameplay perspective, I personally REALLY prefer Freya's runic attacks. The sword with bifrost, bifrost slash rune attack, and the valkyrie slam runic... Fuckin awesome. Edit: the top reply is ridiculous btw, Freya isn't trash; she's objectively better than Atreus 💀 You may think Atreus' runics look cooler (which is a matter of personal opinion, that most people don't even agree on) and you may prefer his character/lines when exploring, but he definitely isn't better than Freya in combat. Not at all 😅

Kratos also mentions a Greek tragedy of a man tasked to roll a Boulder up a mountain. It takes the whole day to roll it up to the top Howeverat the end it rolls all the way back down forcing the man to constantly do a task that had no end. kratos later wished that boys fate end better getting that coin. (also that boy is also to be a king if Denmark in his older years as mimir suggests he could be.)

You Can find the blonde kid Atreus meets when he first visits In Asgard after finishing the story. He is trying To get coins Odin gave To Atreus when Kratos fought Thor and Kratos threw after going To see clues about Tyr being alive. They are stuck In rock In Lake of Nine

Another couple of easter eggs are Chaurli (Freya's living house) and Sindri's crank repair at the Lake of the Nine. With Chaurli, If you go back at the end with Freya she has a discussion about abandoning him. The conversation carries over somewhat if you then journey to Vanaheim and talk to Birgir. As for Sindri's crank repair, you can still see and use it later on as Kratos when venturing through Midgard.

You get Platin sooo fast in this game, it actually made me a bit sad. It's one of two games I every got platin with and it only took me 55hours...I started the game 4 times in total xD

Even in balanced it took me like 70 tries to kill hrolf kraki and svipdag and the sister were pure hell too. Something I learned literally today with the chime. If you try to throw your spear at it, it won’t let you. BUT, if you “lead” your shot by throwing it near the chime then moving your reticle to the chime mid throw, it’s completely silent.
