Generally speaking the Fortnite Storyline doesn't really include/ reference Crossover stuff in it (Marvel and Optimus Prime being exceptions but even then nothing lore related teased Optimus Prime prior to his arrival). So it wouldn't quite make much sense for The Wanderer to be a Fallout Character.

One detail I do like about the event was that seemingly the dust storm was created by the lightning from the box destroying one of the desert outer islands. Zeus casually destroyed an entire island just to get back at ours

I don't think the Desert Outer Islands got destroyed, they're still there. You can definitely see them during the times the Sandstorm glitches and doesn't show up. But I guess we'll know for sure once the season arrives and the Sandstorm (presumably) goes away.

It's still connected, it's just that each point seems very odd and random when you don't look at the threads. I mean, how would going from a Primal Season to an Alien Invasion one seem logical to anyone without knowing the storyline that happened during it?

My theory on Fortnite storyline. Epic picks a them for a season. They make a map. They make some overpowered mythics and some meh regualr guns. Epic programs and schedules crossovers and skin releases. They then program a handful of "cool" things, in game events, that sort of thing. Finally, the log in to chatgpt and ask it to write a storyline that ties it all together. This would explain everything. How the season theme is sort of, kind of, followed but not really. The really odd, find a dog toy questlines, how some of the plot points just end, how there are random plot points that come out of nowhere. The whole thing reeks of AI.

I hope the ice melts by the mansion because it’s gonna be really hot and then we see Dr. doom if you see the comics he gets pushed in the ice and we never seen him since if you see the survey he’s on it and he will destroy and make us go back to chapter 2 and then Galactus would devour the island. chapter 2 Jonesy was born as a character in that chapter and developed, but Dr. doom destroys his timeline and then we know Jonesy is just IO agent he will never developed if he didn’t say reality because zero point will explode without him.
