I know the second tune as "Nellie, your favour I shall not gain" - which has to be one of the great tune names surely. Learned it from Louise Mulcahy at Miltown .

Love these tunes. I know the first tune. I think it's The Last House in Ballymackea, but I would love to know the other ones. Are they all Junior Crehan tunes, even the last one! Thanks.

I think they’re just slow reels, I’m about 60% sure that this is to fast if you’re playing hornpipes in dance tempo. But that’s just my take!

The first 2 tunes are both hornpipes, identified in other replies. The first reel - there's an obvious change in tempo at 3m29 - was recorded by Arty McGlynn as [ one of ] "Micho Russell's", although the above version seems to have grown a 3rd part in the middle. I don't know the 4th and final tune, although some of the phrases sound familiar.

I am a novice flute player but I have the impression that the version I am learning to play is not the same as what Kevin Crawford is playing. You've probably figured this out by now, but just in case someone else is reading this... What you've got there is a jig associated with Junior Crehan. This is a hornpipe and some reels, all (assuming the title is correct) associated with Junior. I don't know any of these tunes, but I've checked and "S Chan" above is correct that the first tune is "Last House in Ballymakea", which is one of Junior's.

and Kevin plays on a C flute, which gives us a first tune in F instead of G, it can not sound the same if you play the G setting on a D flute.
