Can we just talk about how stupidly strong the MAX bot was? The thing defeated Phoenix, Kayo, effortlessly obliterated duos of agents, and still managed to stand its ground against like 6 agents at the same time, got crushed by the sage wall, and still had enough left to shoot cypher in the face. We can see it has the capability to turn utility against their original user, has an insurmountable hp stat, and wields an arsenal of dangerous weapons that can output a stupid amount of firepower. Not only that, but it can clear environmental hazards like the phoenix molly. Balanced.

I always thought Jett was going to to be the "face" of Valorant, but Phoenix is just so damn charismatic I can see why they use him so much.
