Um... I didn't see a duration timer. I think they act like Qorvex' plates, but without the ability to refresh them. Like each stack is consumed when the chance happens and that is their "duration".

Tbh Koumei's base design looks pretty good and very hollow wit both her base and alt helmet looking quite nice, so her power/kits set is all based on gambling/probability outcome which ngl sounds wierdly complex but intresting somewhat like how the character of Domino from marvel is who im thinking of in terms of what this warframe has simialr traits too also I'm in love wit the japanese inspired/themed styles, naming, and overall asthetic for koumei

I love this! having played and nearly built up all the frames, this one seems to be a bit more engaging than the rest.
