Try change the value +0 (0000) to (1700) if you want 17 minutes. Sorry I couldn't try it because I lost the program

It is D0 value since we want to compare hour, minute, second. So we need to set D0 with 38 hexadecimal or 00111000 in binary, you can take a look at help section for more information
