PLC Ladder Programming Example using Memory Bit.

Why we are using memory bit in PLC programming ? Many times beginners have questions in their mind, so after watching this video we hope your confusion will be cleared.
Memory bit is generally used for taking reference of previously executed condition , input or output. So memory bit can be used for reference bit as well conditional bit which is enabled for special condition. every time input or output will not be continuously ON , so by using pulse of IO you can take memory bit as reference bit. In this example we explained how to use memory bit and clock memory in PLC ladder diagram.

Virtually every PLC out there has examine on and examine off "coils and contacts" which are nothing more than a memory bit with an address. Also bear in mind that all PLC's ahve their own programming software that varies in terminology and capabilities. Siemens is very different from Omron which is very different from Allen Bradley.
