Programming HMI se nahi kar sakte..aap bas parameters ko trigger kar sakte ho.

Sir, aap HMI se program nahi kar sakte, program karne ke liye aapko "PLC programming" sikhana jaruri hai. Without programming HMI kisi kam ki nahin. HMI it is a part of SCADA. We can make the programme on computer with the help of the software (i. e. SEMANTRIS) as our requirements and then it's upload to the PLC and then we can control the all functions using the HMI. So don't smash all 1) HMI se program nahin ki ja sakti* 2) HMI se sirf control ki ja sakti hai

Wahi cheez main samjhane ki koshish kar raha hun ke jahan is type ke controller ya panels manufacture kiye jaate hain wahan ke liye in PLCs me programming ki knowledge zaruri hai as per client requirement. Lekin jab ye panels kisi process plant me aate hain to wahan hum inke funcrion keys ki madad se baki variable ko control kar lete hain. Suppose- ke mijhe kisi esp ke rapper panel me timing, set value, lift, eanable, disable karne ki zarurat hai to uske liye iski programming karne ki zarurat nahi, bas HMI ke functions use karne aana chahiye. Am I correct?

Don't lie it is HMI. Human machine interface . Replacement is not a good option .safe the program before and load it ... Have to replace the isolation system inside ....

HMI is used to see the values of various sensors and turning switches on or off or opening a particular valve. It is wrong when he is saying HMI is used to program plc. It is literally human machine interface which means it is used to communicate with the system. Not program it. Don't go according to what he is telling. Do what you think is interesting. Plc programming is a very interesting thing. If you like it, please learn. Companies like thermax outsource the PLC programming. So it is a required skill. I repeat, it is required.
