Great video!!! I have KP300. I clicked on Device configuration and after I selected the device and clicked on Ethernet button I can't find properties of the device, there is no response. What might be the problem?

Hi there, I don't know what is your problem exactly. I can say that pay attention to the time 10:00 of the video and make sure that the "Properties" tab and then the "General" tab are selected at the bottom.

Also, instead of double click on the Ethernet port, you can right click and select the "Properties" item

I have ktp400 hmi and plc modbus serial Then I brought a serial / ethernet converter How can I write the tags in tia where there is no rtu driver? The only I found is modbus tcp ip

Hello. Unfortunately, I can not help you. as a general guide, first check your HMI connections. then, if you can not connect your PLC to the HMI directly, you will need a communication module beside your PLC. as you may know, there are different communication modules which can extend your PLC abilities

Hi there, I've not tested your problem, but based on my experience, it is possible in TIA portal. Because I designed an HMI screen in WinCC and also WinCC flexible, then I connected them to an S7-300 PLC

Hi there, I don't think so, because if a KTP400 is selected, the VB script folder won't appear under the left tree list
